What residents pay to make a payment.
These fees are added to the amount paid, separate from your software subscription.

Residents see the applicable payment fee before paying. Connect your bank account and complete verification to receive payments.
Screening, applications, and lease signatures.
These charges apply when you use the service. They are not included in the subscription estimate.
- Criminal background check
- $15.00 per run, billed to your organization on its Talvi invoice. Available when screening is enabled for your property and the applicant has authorized it.
- Application payment
- The applicant pays the application fee you set + a 10% Talvi fee. For example, a $40 application fee totals $44.
- Lease signatures
- Contact us for lease-signing costs.
Late fees, utilities, deposits, and other charges set by your property are separate from Talvi’s fees. The rates above are our standard USD rates; any agreed account-specific rates are confirmed during setup.
What you’ll still need.
Talvi tracks rent, payments, and balances and exports them for your bookkeeping. You will still use your own accounting software or accountant for the full books.

Pricing questions.
What would I pay for 50 or 100 units?
At standard rates, 50 units cost $200.00 per month and 100 units cost $400.00 per month for the software subscription. Payment and usage fees are separate. Vacant units count too.
How does the monthly minimum work?
Multiply your unit count by $4.00. If that is less than $49.99, you pay the monthly minimum. The calculator applies it for you.
How do I get the first three months of software free?
Contact our team for the offer. We set up every new customer personally and confirm your subscription and any separate fees before you begin.
Can I see Talvi before moving my records?
Yes. Request a walkthrough and we will show you how Talvi handles rent, repairs, leases, and resident messages. Bring your questions and your unit count; we will talk through the fit before setup.
