Nicholas St Germain
Co-founder · Finance & operations
Nick St Germain is a real estate investor based in Knoxville, Tennessee, where he owns a portfolio of condo units. He is a co-founder of Talvi, runs its finance and operations, and is a two-time founder. Talvi started as a fix for problems he was dealing with in his own buildings.
He also serves as a Captain and EMT with the Seymour Volunteer Fire Department and holds a degree in industrial engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Brice Lloyd is a co-founder of Talvi and leads product and engineering. Before Talvi he was co-founder and CTO of a New York fintech startup that was acquired in 2026. He is from New York City.
